1-2 YEARS TO INSTALLATION
Initial cost estimates are prepared.
11 MONTHS TO INSTALLATION
Proposals for sales/model furnishings sent (includes budget & furnishings list).
8-10 MONTHS TO INSTALLATION
Furnishings presentation by design team. Contracts sent (including invoices, terms & conditions and final revised furnishings list).
8 MONTHS TO INSTALLATION
Funding for sales office/model unit furnishings in place (50% deposit required for Purchasing Orders).
7 MONTHS TO INSTALLATION
Funding in place: initial deposit of 60% required to initiate Purchasing Orders. Progress payment of 30% required 45 from initial order date.
6 MONTHS TO INSTALLATION
Sales Office/Model Units installation. 50% final payment due upon substantial completion.
All permits (TCD, CO, etc.) must be in place prior to installation. Final invoicing to take place following installation–including reimbursable expenses and notification of punch (damages) to be handled.
