The Legacy at Preston Hollow is a repositioning project of a building originally constructed in the mid 1990’s. The Legacy wanted to incorporate resident centered care planning with their esthetic established at their Willow Bend campus in Plano, Texas. The result is a progressive hospitality esthetic that provides the residents, their families and caregivers a unique soothing environment.

An addition and renovation to an existing CCRC provided new luxury apartments and expanded resident commons areas with a lounge, offices and a full service health spa and salon.
Ginger Cove, CCRC
Annapolis, Maryland
Completed in 2000
An expansion of the health center doubled the quantity of the assisted living center. Currently, skilled nursing is being renovated around the resident centered care-giving model and the independent living commons areas are expanding to include casual dining, meeting rooms, and a health spa.

A seven story independent living tower with casual dining, health spa and community center was designed to offer modern residences and services to an existing CCRC.

The entire campus was renovated to provide premier retirement living in the Lawrence, Kansas area focusing on the resident centered care-giving model.
